Multiple new positions open in our motor vehicle litigation team at Suncorp.

  • Handle a diverse range of matters as a key member of our dynamic in-house litigation team.
  • Provide strategic legal advice, particularly in motor vehicle litigation, as well as manage general commercial litigation, debt recovery, and insurance cases.
  • Collaborate with our innovative motor litigation team to develop new legal approaches aligned with our business strategy.
  • Focus on outcomes instead of billable hours, giving you autonomy to efficiently handle a large portfolio of files.
  • Manage high-volume defence litigation motor claims, participate in hearings and conferences, and work with the team to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice in the Victorian jurisdiction.
  • Prior experience in a litigation setting, including knowledge of debt recovery actions, court regulations, and guidelines.
  • Understanding of in-house or insurance environments preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance, would be advantageous.
  • Ability to deliver legal services across diverse settings is a plus.
