  • To support this continued growth, we are currently looking for a Store Setup & Support Coordinator to join us to support stores with their setup.
    About the role
  • This role sits within our Store Operations & Support department, which works with both existing and new stores to enhance their retail operations and overall retail performance.
  • Based out of our Preston head office, but with regular travel to stores across the country, your primary focus as Store Setup & Support Coordinator will be to provide effective project management and team leadership to ensure the effective and ontime delivery of store setups, relays, relocations and expansions.
  • You will also visit stores
  • Reporting to the Store Projects Manager, your daytoday responsibilities will require you to:
  • Manage the setup of new stores to ensure they are ready by open date
  • Manage relays & expansions of existing stores
  • Manage relocations of existing stores
  • Implement Planograms and approved Merchandising at new store setups/relays
  • Assist with the development & testing of new Merchandising strategies for the Chemist Warehouse
  • Work with store managers to devise and implement plans to support and train their teams to meet and maintain compliance with Group guidelines for planograms and merchandising
  • Assist with the development & testing of new Merchandising strategies

About you Familiarity with the MS Office software suite (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Driver's licence required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Confidence and ability to train staff when required
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
  • Comfort working within a team environment and liaising with people from a diverse range of multicultural backgrounds and genders
  • The successful applicant will also be required to return a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome._
