Our Employment Relations Advisory team, as part of the Workplace Relations function, is at the forefront of ensuring that our team members receive the benefits and entitlements they deserve while ensuring the Group maintains limited liability in employment related matters.

The Workplace Relations team contributes value by offering contemporary expertise rooted in up-to-date legal standards.

This support aids in the execution of our group's strategic objectives and divisional initiatives, aligning with the broader divisional strategy.


ABOUT YOU


As a dedicated advisor within Super Retail Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational advice to both line managers and team members across the organization.

Your responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, including providing valuable guidance and support to internal stakeholders in grievance and interpersonal conflict management.


Serving as a coach, you will assist People Leaders in navigating performance management processes, including effective coaching and support for unsatisfactory performance procedures.

Your expertise extends to advising on various complex situations such as extended absences, misconduct, long-term illness, mental health-related issues, and non-work-related injury management.


Through insightful discussions with People Leaders, you will assess the complexity of matters, determining whether they require escalation to a Case Manager for additional support or formal disciplinary processes.

Ensuring meticulous record-keeping within the Service Management Tool and upholding legislative and internal standards for Data Governance, you will also educate People Leaders on their obligations, contributing to a culture of transparency and compliance within the organization.
