2023 offers a busy and exciting project pipeline across Victoria working on the delivery of multimillion-dollar defence, health, commercial and retail projects.

As a result of this we would like to speak to experienced Building/Construction Services Manager to lead delivery of complex building services across a project.


As Services Manager, supported by a team of Services and Project Engineers, you will play an key operational & strategic role in managing and finalising detailed design for project building services packages.

You will manage subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project which includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of EHS & sustainability.


You will hold construction or engineering tertiary qualifications and will have proven experience as a Services or Construction Manager for projects with advanced building services (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic).

Your leadership capability combined with your passion for customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality and sustainability will ensure your success in this role.

Able to communicate with influence you will enjoy engaging with multiple internal, external and client stakeholder groups.
