We are seeking an Office Manager and Social Media assistant to provide professional organisational support of the general day-to-day coordination of the Riverside Marine Headquarters, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and assisting with managing our social media, basic graphic design and providing administrative support.


Duties

  • Office management; monitor and coordinate office supplies and staff amenities
  • Social media management updating and monitoring our websites and various social media platforms
  • Basic graphic design support would be an advantage, or a willingness to learn
  • Reception duties; answer and direct incoming calls, attending to customer enquiries, both internal and external. Meeting and greeting visitors, offering and preparing refreshments.
  • Office presentation, monitor cleanliness and coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Event management; coordinate functions and board meetings and provide hospitality service (i.e. catering, food & beverage service etc.)
  • Travel management; book and coordinate executive travel and manage travel profile with external provider
  • Safety management; assist in maintaining and promoting safety culture throughout the office
  • Document control; administrate and manage the internal document control system, coordinate storage and archiving with external provider and assist in compliance of document control policy throughout the organization

Essential Characteristics

  • Customer serviceoriented people person
  • Clean, current driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
  • Event planning & hospitality experience desirable
  • Professional presentation
  • Provide an exceptional customer service with a positive and happy attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail
  • Efficient time management/organisational skills
  • Ability to embrace change within a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to implement use of initiative
  • Positive and respectful attitude with an appreciation for family run business
