About the Role:
As an Educational Leader you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators. You willmodel creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space In this role you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You willalso maintain excellent relationships with families, children and team members.

What you'll need:
  • Diplomain Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience in planning and documentation
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
  • Currentand Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service
