We are seeking a warehouse manager to bring skills and knowledge, to lead the team, and make improvements to the processes.


The Role:

  • Managing and motivating staff levels of a team of 24 people, including hiring when required.
  • Manage daily logistics including warehouse & vehicle operations
  • Plan and organise stock movements within the warehouse, make best use of space.
  • Communicating with our 3rd party logistics, and moving stock as required.
  • Developing, implementing and improving efficiencies and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Champion of OH&S procedures and execution.
  • Ensuring orders are prioritised and dispatched on time.

About You:


This role will suit someone who has worked in a well organised warehouse and who is either looking for a change, or wants to step up into a manager role.


  • Strong organisational skills, multitasking, ability to prioritise
  • Forklift License desirable
  • Physically fit
- value and clean and tidy work space.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Desire to make improvements

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Botany, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
