The Operating Model Uplift Workstream Leads play a vital role in modernising our business processes, services and overall employee experience.

Your success will help shape the organisation in line with Strategy 2030 and into the future.

Barwon Water is embarking on a program of genuine transformation to optimise how the business operates, by improving business process management, internal services, and key enterprise capabilities.

You'll bring significant influence across a diverse working group, teaching and coaching stakeholders to embed contemporary operational practices, continuous improvement culture, and tactical leadership.

Position Description

About You

You are a natural influencer of others, comfortable being "hands on" with an ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring technology solutions are aligned with the business objectives.

Your formal qualifications in business / commerce / change management will be put to the test in this challenging and complex role.

Your experience in approaches such as Lean / Prince will see you enhance and add value to our program of work.
