ABOUT THE ROLE
In this unique Customer Experience Design Lead (UX/UI) role, you'll blend your UX sensibilities with a keen understanding of UI design principles to design future state journeys and then help translate them together with product owners and tech leads into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces in web and mobile apps. Expect to wear multiple hats, owning entire user journeys while collaborating seamlessly within our agile environment.
You will report to the GM Digitial and strengthen our focus on customer experience. The whole team works out of our amazing HQ in Sydney, next to Wynyard.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate thrives on getting their hands dirty, leading workshops to identify improvement opportunities and co-design our future blueprints, helping then the tech teams to translate them into great UX/UI.
Proactiveness is their middle name, constantly seeking new ways to refine and elevate the user experience. They possess a relentless growth mindset, they stay ahead of the curve, embracing new technologies and design trends.
Finally, this person is a true collaborator, bridging the gap between UX vision and technical execution, ultimately shaping innovative digital experiences that delight our residents and employees.
