About the role

Bromarc is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for various positions to join their growing team at their factory in Warwick QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Welding & Fabrication of Carbon and Stainless Steel

• Correct welding processes of steam and water pipe

• Light to medium fabrication of spools, water pipes and tanks

• Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG / TIG / arc welding and plasma cutters.

• Work with a lot of different design challenges such as cyclone, bushfire, sloping sites, etc.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate III or equivalent

• Relevant experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials (Tilers, Plasterers)

• Capable of working independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations

• Effective communication and customer service skills
