We are seeking an experienced customer-centric focused Customer Success Manager to help service our growing premium customer base in Australia.

Experience in enterprise software applications and strategic account management with a proven track record in customer success and growth is essential.

You Will Get To Learn and articulate value proposition Research customer accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and generating interest Manage the complete customer success cycle Adopt and deploy Ready Tech's 'Client Engagement Framework' to build customer references and generate incremental revenue through upsell opportunities Use Ready Tech's CRM effectively to maintain customer contacts, meeting notes & actions, build pipeline and enter/maintain customer deals to provide regular pipeline/sales forecasts Attend and facilitate events- conferences, seminars and other marketing events promoting Ready Tech's software to customers Leverage Ready Tech marketing initiatives- e.g.

promote customer involvement in Ready Tech conferences, sharing Ready Tech posts on social media, promoting product webinars to customers, ensure customer contact database is up to date to maximise effectiveness of customer focused EDM campaigns High quality proposals- ensure your customer quotes / proposals meet our quality standards and details are cross checked and approved to ensure accuracy of representation Achieve customer success KPIs- e.g.

low churn rate, solution adoption / value measures, customer satisfaction ratings, upsell target More About You Proven track record of customer success / account management and being able to upsell new products and services – we want to you achieve, if not exceed your Customer success KPI's and associated On-Target-Earnings Strong customer service / customer success orientation and commitment to outstanding Customer service with high integrity Ambitious and motivated self-starter, driven and motivated by customer success Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, technology and approaches Demonstratable application of strategic and/or consultative customer service experience in an enterprise applications software environment Strong phone presence and experience in customer communication Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence with key stakeholders and decisions makers within customer organisations Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to author 'winning' and well-structured high-quality proposals based on a clear understanding of customer requirements and challenges Effective negotiation skills – establishing value and being able to negotiate win/win scenarios Ability to run multiple customer success plans and campaigns concurrently Effective prioritisation skills and initiative Experience facilitating presentations / demonstrations in selling the value of enterprise software applications Why You Should Become a Ready Techer A day off for your birthday- hip hip hoorayAdditional 4 days of leave each year Ready Techer Awards each quarter with the chance to win flights and accommodation to Hamilton Island Hybrid work, with in-house baristas in Australia via the Ready Beans team Access to Sonder- a technology-driven platform supported by safety, medical and mental health experts - available 24/7 Paid parental leave Additional paid leave for miscarriage, endometriosis and menopause Volunteer leave Flu vaccinations And plenty of Ready Tech merch drops along the way Ready Tech is committed to seeing things through each other's eyes.
