• As an ISK Griller you'll be committed to delivering an exceptional level of service and be responsive to the changes in dietary requirements of guests. Your goal will be to prepare and present high quality grilled meat. Your success will be perfecting your cooking of traditional Italian recipes, contributing to the team and developing your career within Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group._

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

• At least 2 year previous experience in a similar role
• Qualifications relating to the Hospitality Industry
• Strong understanding of safe food handling procedures
• Attention to detail, good communication and time management skills
• Flexible availability over a 7day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Cooking all menu items in accordance to food and service standards
• Performing food preparation tasks and to check quality/presentation of orders to ensure food is cooked properly and consistently
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard by adhering to compliance and safe food regulations
• Promoting a safe and secure environment for staff and guests

• IV (preferred)
