Meet your team

The Practice Management Group consists of Operations, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Administration, People Experience and Client Experience. The focus of the IT Services team is to ensure that all employees have the necessary ICT equipment, infrastructure and support to operate efficiently, while enabling automation and innovation.

About the role

As an IT trainer you will create a detailed training curriculum that is aligned to our defined learning objectives. You will lead the training session, to create an environment that encourages learning and growth. Finally you will review our current IT solutions and consider targeted training that will to increase and enhance the use of these tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, manuals (technical and non-technical), and multimedia content.
  • Conduct training sessions (f2f or online), workshops, and webinars for employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Identify underutilized technology solutions within the organization and provide targeted training to maximize their value.
  • Evaluate learner progress, assess training effectiveness, and gather feedback.
  • Assist in change management efforts during technology rollouts or upgrades.

Related tertiary qualifications

In IT and experience in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication

Detailed and delivery of all training sessions to employees to bridge the gap between technical and business language.

Project Management

Understand the businesses prioritises and collaborate with key stakeholders to guide employees' through IT changes and adoption of rollouts.
