You love nurturing your lead pipeline and then seeing your customers throughout their property buying journey fills you with pride.
You'll bring your:
- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Sound understanding of small business offerings
- Consumer lending experience this is essential

This position is located at Pakenham. The role is full-time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.About us
