Role purpose

As the Senior Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role reporting to the National Tenancy Project Manager. Your main responsibility is to ensure the tenancy delivery function follows consistent processes, leading to positive outcomes for the assigned Centres or Projects. You will oversee the status of each tenancy delivery and coordinate retail tenancy fit-outs on Development Projects. Additionally, you will manage TDM reports allocated to the project, overseeing scoping, pricing, tendering, and procurement of work resulting from the leasing/development process. Your role involves delivering tenancies to the Tenant respecting all lease obligations and timelines agreed upon for rent commencement.

Important: This role entails an initial 18-month contract supporting the Chatswood Chase Development Project's Tenancy Fit Out schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Vicinity governance and procedures for Leasing Design & Delivery
• Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to engage and oversee work
• Deliver reconfiguration projects within cost and schedule targets
• Manage key accounts and provide client liaison at a portfolio level
• Lead and facilitate regular status meetings
• Establish and monitor health & safety and environmental responsibilities to ensure compliance with legislation, corporate procedures, and company objectives
• Ability to schedule and coordinate to resolve discrepancies across multiple technical disciplines
