The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our team in Oakleigh on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Customer service and reception, including greeting and being friendly and approachable to our guests, members, and staff.
  • General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach.
  • Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required.
  • Membership and retail sales part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members to discuss and assist with their needs.
  • Understanding of our memberships and their requirements.
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the gym, including walking the gym floor and making sure both the gym and shop front is clean.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention.

  • Willingness to learn and show initiative
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A passion for the health and fitness industry
To be eligible for this position you must have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
