About you

  • I love setting up inspiring & engaging play & learning spaces.
  • Believe art, craft, sensory play & drama are embedded practices.
  • Feel aligned with naturebased programming.
  • Respect that cleaning & documentation are second to the children
  • Understand that children's behaviour is an emotional & physiological reaction to their environment, and they are not trying to be complicated.
  • Relevant qualification (Diploma in Child Services), WWCC, First Aid and Mandatory Reporting certificate
  • Have a solid grasp of the Early Learning frameworks.
