About the role
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd level ICT support for all Lifeblood staff.
A day in the role will see you use your ICT knowledge to respond to, manage and resolve incidents and requests within our IT Service Management suite and deliver a great customer experience to our internal stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent ICT graduate who is passionate about the ICT industry and looking to kickstart their ICT career with ongoing training and support from the team and the wider business.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively deal with clients and deliver services within a timely manner
Have a passion for technology and associated hardware/software
Collaborative with a passion for helping others and using initiative to think outside the square to solve customer challenges
Understanding of the service desk function and call management systems
This is a permanent full time opportunity with a hybrid work model of WFH and from our office that is located in West Melbourne (10 minute walk from Southern Cross & Flagstaff Station).
