About the role


This role leads revenue growth management for Treasury Premium Brands' (TPB) Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) region to create and deliver TPB's revenue management strategy.

The position supports the total business in achieving volume, NSR and profit growth through effective pricing and revenue growth decisions derived from meaningful analysis and commercial insight.


  • Monitor and generate key insights on the total ANZ market's pricing and promotional dynamics across our key retailers and channels
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive set of promotional effectiveness tools to optimise TPB's revenue management strategy across each region
  • Lead, recommend and influence pricing and promotional strategies relating to ANZ National Accounts and bannerlevel strategies
  • Identify, prioritise, and execute pricing and revenue strategies required to support the commercial business objectives, priorities and special initiatives
  • Play a leading role between Sales, Category, Brand and Marketing teams in the development of customer investment planning processes
  • Collaborate with the TPB regional leadership team to lead the development of categoryled customer engagement strategies and activities

About you


You are a commercially astute and influential FMCG professional with extensive experience in revenue growth management with a sound understanding of promotional pricing strategies and market insights.

Confident, self-motivated and with strong communication skills, you are able to interpret retail performance and present recommendations to leadership teams.


  • Commercially astute and influential FMCG professional, ideally with extensive revenue growth management/ pricing experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with a problemsolving / solutionoriented mindset
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence across all levels
  • Able to simplify the complex and create actionable plans from insights
  • Successful track record in providing strategic guidance or roadmap to senior leadership teams
