Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing minor damages to buildings and equipment
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance of the building's exterior and interior, including drywall repairs, painting, and basic carpentry work
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems, including faucets, sinks, toilets, and water heaters
  • Perform electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and repairing electrical appliances
  • Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties, such as mowing lawns, pruning shrubs, and removing snow
  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure that they are kept in good working condition
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for more complex repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues as quickly as possible
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
