About the role:


The Maintenance Fitter is a available as either a full-time or part time position, based our East Victoria Park location.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor and working with CSR Martini's Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing effective and timely maintenance of plant and ongoing installation work to ensure business targets are met.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Promote WHS&E in workplace communications.
  • Maintain a safe system of work in the workplace.
  • Understand all relevant WHS&E standards and policies and ensure full compliance.
  • Actively participate in identifying and eliminating risks.
  • Ensure incidents and near misses are reported and investigated.
  • WHSE authorities and responsibilities (Refer attached)
  • Complete and sign off on JSAs, work Permits and Risk Analysis.
  • Comply with work permit guidelines.
  • Maintain Housekeeping standards
  • Undertake safety inspections and walks
  • Provide coaching to operators through feedback of maintenance, fault finding situations.
  • Communicate effectively and work together with other Martini production teams to ensure maximum factory production.
  • Ensure Maintenance schedule is adhered to and all required maintenance and services are completed by due dates.
  • Report all maintenance issues/problems to Production Supervisor or Operations Manager.

  • Forklift Licence Required

  • Fitter certification required
