Lorna Jane is excited to announce that we are partnering with The Encoreship to hire a Talent Specialist in our People & Culture team.

This is a fixed-term opportunity covering a maternity leave contract from early August 2024 to April 2025.

This is a fulltime position, located at our Lorna Jane HQ in Eagle Farm.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Partner with leaders to identify job vacancies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, references and offer stage.
  • Completing background checks and issuing contract documentation accurately and within timeframes.
  • We are passionate about development Partner with leaders to support with succession planning.
  • Support leaders to make hiring decisions based on assessment criteria; ensuring any new starters are brandaligned and has the skills to perform the role to the required expectation.
  • Partner with leaders for Holiday Casual Recruitment, supporting in interviews and bulk recruitment such as facilitating Assessment Centres.
  • Actively contribute to department projects and support the Talent Lead in HQ recruitment on an adhoc basis.
About You

  • Previous experience in Recruitment or Retail is highly desirable
  • You are an out of the box thinker with the ability to remain agile and flexible in a fastpaced environment.
  • You can take ownership over your client group and support in making business decisions that align with expectations.
