We are accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing leadership of the Group's financial crimes technology platform. Our platform's purpose is to support the Groups Financial Crime Compliance and Operations teams, and their value proposition of providing world class prevention and detection of Financial Crime to safeguard CBA and wider community.

We're interested in hearing from people who

Have solid hands-on experience with Fenergo software Are confident investigating application related issues Are knowledgeable in developing fixes for issues identified in the application code Are constantly identifying opportunities to undertake preventative maintenance and improve automation Are acting as a conduit and collaborating with all parties to achieve an optimal balance of effective and efficient service delivery and support Are constantly monitoring batch performance, data availability whilst ensuring SLAs are met Are confident challenging manual support activities by suggesting efficient improvements of operational tasks Pride themselves on adhering to and maintaining, where appropriate, technical documentation and standard operating procedures

Tech skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

CBA service management / ITIL CBA controls / group risk governance framework Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management software AWS infrastructure
