Duties This is an exceptional role where you will be supported by a Property Officer and remote Administrator who support you with the tenant side of the portfolio, leaving you to mainly focus on landlords and elevated matters.

Day to day you will be responsible for 230 properties and the following tasks: Manage the relationship with landlords Review routine inspections and ensure that properties are appropriately maintained or suggest cosmetic improvements Manage any inspections overflow Arrears minimisation after 14 days Review Lease documentation and conduct rent renewals & increases Provide direction to the Property Officer & Administrator Tribunal where required Specific requirements: Experience managing a residential rent-roll Must speak Chinese (Mandarin)
