Sydney CBD Restaurants is currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic hosts/hostesses to join our team.

Our restaurants offer exceptional dining experiences and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
  • Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times for guests
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and general cleaning
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cash handling and reconciling the POS system
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support other team members
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current NSW RSA certification is a plus
