Pre-accredited Trainer - Introduction to Small Business

Contracted Days/Hours:
Term 2, 2023 (dates to be confirmed), a total of 18 hours.

Location:
Community Learning Centre (40 Fulham Road Rowville VIC 3178) or as agreed from time to time.

Our location is next to Stud Park Shopping Centre, within short walking distance to the bus stop.

You will be a committed and adaptable trainer who continuously improve our educational programs on offer to learners.

You put safety first with everything you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all learners.

The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality training and collect evidence in accordance with CLC Training expectations.

You will succeed in the role with:

• Demonstrated experience in Small Business training or relevant qualification.
• Proven capability in understanding trainees' needs and adjusting the training delivery plans according to their needs.
• Experience in working effectively with diverse populations, community partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and communication skills to deliver the training creatively, targeting diverse audiences aged 18 and above.
• Wide experience in small business creation and management, particularly planning and financial operations.
• Having experience working with Adult Learners in general, identify learners' strengths, opportunities and threats.
