What you will contribute to the team:

  • Drive the growth and nurturing of key client and partner relationships and to influence and impact the growth and direction of our Programme Management offering.
  • Lead major capital projects & programs of work from the front and build and lead the highperforming team for the delivery of major projects and programs.
  • Establish and nurture an innovative, challenging, collaborative and highperforming work environment, which supports and fosters our client's values and culture
  • Lead by example with good people management skills, be teamoriented with the ability to work closely with peers and have the ability to motivate and empower individuals and teams.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business, acting as an exemplary role model and ambassador both internally and externally, and developing strong and robust relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

Required for the position of Associate Director:

  • Proven track record in Quantity Surveying or Estimating within a Main Contractor or Client Side Consultancy for over 15 years in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Strong track record in management, leadership and strategic planning.
  • The substantial ability of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects across teams or organizations within Infrastructure.
  • Strong track record at developing teams of quantity surveyors or estimators
  • Proven ability to exercise sound and independent judgment in a variety of different situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, administrative and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, balancing short and longterm objectives
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, be selfdriven, multitask and manage dynamically changing, competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.

Preferred, but not required

  • The personality type that is collaborative, outgoing, dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to network successfully across a large number of groups and individuals
  • Proven record of developing team members
  • Ability to manage time, priority, wellbeing, and change
  • Resourcefulness in problemsolving
  • Ability to adapt to different types of personalities
  • Courageous management and a good sense of judgment
  • Excellent listening skills
