- Your Mission
- We have an extremely rare and exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Product Manager to join the Acoem Group, based out of our Knoxfield Head Office. This pivotal role is responsible for the offer planning and execution throughout the Offer Lifecycle.
- Key responsibilities will include
- Voice of the Customer and provide Market Insight for the Division management and R&D teams
- Leads and manages close relationships with Country Commercial leaders
- Leads Market Intelligence monitors the market and competitor moves, masters competitive landscape
- Identifies opportunities to create competitive advantage through innovative offer development, technical anticipation and recommends offer development priorities
- Contributes to the definition of standardisation strategy
- What qualifications, skills & experience would you need to be successful?
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Offer/Product Manager in the ambient gas analyser market
- Bachelor's degree, with a technical background and experience with ambient gas analysers
- Master Business Administration (MBA) preferred, but not essential
- Solid knowledge of the trends and ecosystem of actors (value chain, players, service companies and software) as well as of the business models and gotomarket/channels
- Knowledge of the marketing tools: Offer mix, market studies, offer launching, digital marketing
- Knowledge of project financial analysis
- Proven track record in engaging with customers (sales, presales) and being the customer advocate
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent solutions.
- Leadership obsessed with defending the voice of the customer
- Connected to business obsessed by commercial offer performance in each territory
- Evangelist: ability to engage with customers, accomplish sales in customer meetings, animate sales workshops, present the roadmap/strategy in trade shows, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel internationally for weeks at a time.
