Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy this accountable role will drive revenue through building and maintaining strong relationship with high-net-worth donors and prospects.

You will be accountable for the solicitation of gifts, the cultivation and stewardship of a portfolio of individual donors giving at a high value, and for managing associated reporting and adminstration.


Your delivery of high touch and personal relationship focused fundraising activities will support a journey of change within the Philanthropy team, with our systems, processes and more propositional focus with donors.


In addition to supporting the Senior Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy with the development and execution of philanthropy fundraising strategy and you will also contribute to discussions and work collaboratively with the broader Engagement team to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising initiatives.


What you will bring


As a donor facing fundraiser, you will be known for your confidence in speaking with donors and personal hunger for delivering fundraising targets.

You will be motivated by developing your career in fundraising and being a part of a global humanitarian aid organisation.


Ideally you can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in relationship fundraising,
  • Knowledge of broad fundraising principles and industry practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
