Saint Peter Group is looking for experienced section waiters for their new restaurant Petermen in St Leonards.


Petermen is a contemporary smart casual seafood restaurant (70 seats) that aims to champion our Australian producers (fish & vegetables).


We source sustainable fish direct from fishermen, dry age & dry handle it in our fish store - Fish Butchery, then will cook it expertly and simply for our guests.

We have a 100+ wine list and talented sommelier running this program.


Saint Peter is owned & operated by Josh & Julie Niland and has been a training ground for up & coming hospitality talent - we know Petermen will do the same.
