About the Role

As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for the CHPP, your primary responsibilities will include effectively leading a team to deliver optimal performance safely.

Additionally, you will be a strong advocate for driving business improvements and supporting your team through this process.

About You

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are crucial, along with a strong focus on safety in your daily operations.

Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, your role will also involve:

  • Fostering a positive and productive working culture within the team and across departments;
  • Ensuring compliance with HSEC standards, including hazard identification and management;
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance people, processes, and systems performance;
  • Improving fleet performance through high-quality maintenance practices;
  • Exhibiting sound business acumen;
  • Building collaborative relationships with other departments to support maintenance delivery;
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP;
  • Coaching, evaluating, and developing trades personnel to optimize their skills;
  • A trade qualification would be highly advantageous.
