THE OPPORTUNITY
This
Business Traineeship will give you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn with a leading stable national employer.


Statewide Bearings are one of Australia's most trusted bearing suppliers, offering an extensive range of bearing lubrication, power transmission, pumps, and linear motion products.

This large Australian owned company has multiple branches in each state with various opportunities for progression in all areas of business.

Undertaking this
12-month business traineeship will give you the opportunity to complete your
BSB30120
Certificate III in Business with a possibility to move on to
BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, whilst getting paid

The
key responsibilities are:


  • Working alongside admin and marketing staff with general office duties
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Liaise and communicate with internal staff
  • Prioritise and effectively manage time
  • Manage company calendars and meeting requirements
  • Assist staff with PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide support to marketing and HR staff
  • Organise and manage marketing requirements
  • Marketing distribution
  • Maintenance of company social media platforms
  • Maintain new employee onboarding requirements
  • Ordering and distribution of staff uniforms
  • Print and bind employee handbook and induction manuals
  • Assist in new employee inductions in metropolitan area
  • Maintain employee confidential documents
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met

ABOUT YOU

  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Previous business/admin skills gained from school or previous employemnt
  • The desire to learn and a positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Confident, good communicator with natural people skills
  • Reliable and able to ask questions
  • Thrive working in a fastpaced team environment
  • Ability to successfully pass a preemployment medical and/or drug & alcohol test
