In addition to traditional areas of academia like numeracy and literacy, we also offer specialised inquiry-based programs relating to life skills - think cooking, gardening, socialisation and art.

We also offer regular incursions and excursions to keep the children engaged and inspired.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Completed a Cert III or Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Current Working With Children's Check (employment)
  • COVID Vaccination certificate
  • Some experience is desirable

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Drive and energy to continue to be a lifelong learner and share this with your peers, families, and children
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence
  • Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • A strong focus on community
