Are you an experienced Transaction Manager looking for a change? We have an exciting opening for a Senior Transaction Manager to join our Brisbane CBD team.

As a Senior Transaction Manager, you will oversee the transaction process for a prestigious client's operational portfolio, primarily focusing on their Queensland Industrial & Retail property portfolio.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Collaborate with a national team on lease negotiations, sale transactions, tenant advisory services, and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate critical dates diaries with no missed deadlines.
  • Conduct inspections of new or existing properties.
  • Organize market rent reviews.
  • Prepare submissions for client approvals.
  • Coordinate lease and license documentation preparation.
  • Manage make-good obligations.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and be a Trusted Advisor.

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in retail or industrial transaction/leasing management in the property sector.
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Specific expertise in negotiations, client submissions, and documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of transaction processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and within diverse teams.
