Our client within Local Government is seeking an Enrolment Officer to join their Kids' Early Learning department in Seven Hills.
**$37.40 per hour

  • Full time or part time
  • 9 a.m 5 p.m
  • Seven Hills, Sydney**
    The role:
  • Serve and enroll new customers into our childcare and early learning programs
  • Coordinate the enrollment process by liaising with staff, customers, and management
  • Ensure enrollment targets are met in line with operational plans

Key responsibilities:

  • Process enrollment inquiries and convert waitlist customers into enrollments
  • Provide information and advice to customers to match them with suitable programs
  • Work with the enrollment team to maximize enrollment potential

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in business, administration or childcare are desirable
  • Knowledge of early childhood legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with childcare software
**This is a 3 month contract role with potential for an ongoing position. They are looking for either a full time (5 days) or part time (minimum 3 days) Enrolment Officer to start immediately.
