This role is an exciting opportunity for a Test Lead to work with our client. In this role you will be responsible for leading a small team of four testers.

You will

  • Own the automation framework
  • Coach and mentor the team
  • Grow the automation skills in the team
  • Participate in sprint planning
  • Work across agile squads
  • Key stakeholder management and communication
  • Make recommendations on improving test practices
  • Working across test best practice
  • Other duties as directed

About You

  • Test Lead experience working with a small team or having participated in a leadership role.
  • Strong automation testing experience
  • Experience with Selenium and Javascript
  • Experience with headless browser testing
  • Experience working with test best practice
  • Experience working in Agile sprint environment
  • Ability to be handson if needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a can do attitude
  • The Ability to work within a changing and fluid environment
