About the role
This is a well-supported role within a great team environment based in Henderson.

Reporting to the Head of HSE, Australasia, you shall provide administrative support to the Head of HSE, HSE Manager, Australia and HSE team members.

Working alongside the Senior HSE Administrator, the HSE Administrator will be a key player in ensuring the HSE department meet their performance objectives and support the business in all aspects of health, safety and the environment.

You'll work alongside colleagues who have extensive industry experience and are well-rounded. There is no requirement for you to have had previous experience working in a HSE team or department.

_Key objectives & responsibilities include:
_


  • Providing administration support to the Head of HSE, HSE Manager, Australia and HSE team members.
  • Answering the HSE phone line, directing any queries to relevant team members.
  • Liaising with Managers and Contractor companies, adding contractors and new starters to the Learning Management System (LMS) and checking induction completion status.
  • Printing and distributing on water vessel cards and confined space entry cards.
  • Provide administrative support with the completion of injury management paperwork, return to work plan, employee letters and forms.
  • Assist in the management of the HSE Management System; assist in maintaining and updating HSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.

_Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:_

  • Previous administration experience required.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Interpersonal skills to enable relationships with peers and colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, cando attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
