IT Supervisor

Allied IT is looking for supervisory talent to work along side some of Melbourne's most influential companies by bringing their IT infrastructure to life, we deal predominantly with hardware such as server equipment and coms, laptops, display and other peripheral equipment found in an office space.

Allied IT commonly operate outside the business hours during a large-scale relocation, typically occurring on weekends until project completion however there are also often projects occurring during business hours which means that this is a great opportunity to have a work schedule that is convenient for you.

The potential for permanent part time positions is available for the right applicants working alongside some of our contracted clients.

• Client engagement and relationship building,
• Management of a team on job sites and filing reports upon job completion.
• Demonstrating a high standard of work and providing training to IT technicians
• Driving team efficiency & ensuring all client requirements are exceeded
• Monitor team and project performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise

• Minimum of 3+ years IT and management and or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Network+ are a plus.
• Having a Working With Children Check (WWCC
• Employee) and/or a White Card (Construction Induction card) would be a bonus, this is not mandatory though.

• The majority of the work will be within Melbourne CBD & the southeast suburbs. The ability to get to work through either your own means, or public transport, is essential.
