This role is dynamic and physically demanding, providing invaluable experience and a supportive team atmosphere. Your day-to-day will include:

Loading, unloading, moving, and packing shellfish.Constructing shellfish culture mediums (baskets, cages, droplines, and racking).Recording data and operating mechanical equipment such as grading machines.Preparing products for market/transport and performing general maintenance duties.Hand feeding fish and working in artificially darkened environments with hand torches.Cleaning out mortalities from tanks, working outdoors, and crouching for extended periods.Regularly lifting around 10kg repetitively and being on your feet all day.Occasionally undertaking seafood processing duties.Performing other duties as directed supervisor.
