Help people living with illness, disability, or injury return to work or obtain new employment and live the best life they can

  • Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to reenter the workforce;
  • Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence;
  • Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment;
  • Broker new employment opportunities in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and surrounds, which in turn provide a swift reengagement into employment for workers who have been detached from the workplace due to a workplace injury (physical and/or psychological);
  • Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations;
  • Complete written progress and various other reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in Employment services / Disability Employment or recruitment;
  • Strong resume writing skills with an understanding of local labour market;
  • A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
  • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
