About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager to supervise the daily operations of a petrol station in rural NSW. The perfect candidate will be a proactive leader capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences to both locals and visitors. If you are passionate about achieving success, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all station aspects, from personnel to inventory and customer service
- Boosting sales and enhancing the station's reputation in the community
- Recruiting new team members when needed
- Monitoring stock levels and merchandise displays
- Ensuring adherence to all guidelines
- Prioritizing safety and upholding high standards at all times
- Checking and reporting any equipment issues promptly
