OVERVIEW
Our Federal Government client is currently seeking experienced Quality Assurance Assessors to join their team at the APS5 level.

Within this role you will assist in undertaking Quality Assurance reviews of assessments as part of the continuous assessment of payment integrity and provider performance measures.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quickly comprehend Deed and Guideline requirements.
  • Assessment and recording of data.
  • Quality assure own work and the work of team members.
  • Perform research work and analysis including preparing documentation and reports
  • Assessment of submissions against legislative requirements
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders Identify problems and work to resolve them

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to quickly comprehend Deed and Guideline requirements.
  • Accurate assessment and recording of data.
  • Accountable for completion of allocated tasks, being able to selfstart, organise and review own work.
  • The ability to assess other assessors'/auditors' work and provide feedback.
  • Good IT skills, Word & Excel.
  • Amiable, flexible/adaptable, follows established processes and works well within a diverse team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Discuss issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to build rapport and share information effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Project management and organisational skills is desirable.
  • Previous experience in auditing/assessment is desirable.
