Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Corporate Travel / Mobility Officer to add to our growing team in Perth. This position is a 12 month fixed term role initially, with the potential for ongoing opportunities.


Working closely with the Global Mobility Lead and General Manager People, you will be busy helping to coordinate the travel arrangements of white collar engineering teams looking after our domestic portfolio in Australia.


Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively engage in group wide travel, immigration and medical activities for incoming or outgoing personnel to office or project locations
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective mobilisation of people
  • Utilising travel booking systems and vendors and ensuring service level agreements and relationships are maintained
  • Responding to travel queries and investigating any new travel destinations, immigration and medical requirements
  • Working collaboratively within the global People function, supporting our people needs and providing an exceptional employee experience

The expertise you'll bring

  • Previous experience within the corporate travel sector or otherwise a travel/mobility role in a similar industry
  • 2+ years experience working with a GDS platform (Amadeus preferred but not essential)
  • An ability to work to strict deadlines, communicating with multiple stakeholders and often managing competing priorities
  • A passion for providing exceptional levels of service and being a positive, problem solving and autonomous member of a team
  • A flexible approach to work, understanding that travel queries can arrive at any time of the day/week.
