National Pacific Finance is the successful Mortgage Broking division of the Burbank Group of Companies which consists of the award winning Burbank Homes with operations in VIC, NSW, QLD & SA.

We're hiring We are currently searching for talented and results driven Mortgage Brokers in the Sydney metro area who are passionate about helping customers achieve their residential property dream.


What we can offer you:

  • Great income earning potential via a very competitive commission structure
  • Certificate IV or Diploma of Finance (Mortgage Broking) essential
  • Current MFAA or FBAA member
  • Previous mortgage broking experience preferably within construction finance
  • Strong work ethic with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment
