Family Lawyer

Our client is a well-known full service law firm which has a number of offices around the Sunshine Coast.

The Family Law team are based in Maroochydore and the working environment is collaborative among the Lawyers and well- supported by Legal Assistants.

We are seeking a Family Lawyer who has experience in a wide range of matters including:Complex divorce & property settlements;Binding financial agreements;Child support; andDefacto & same sex relationships

Responsibilities of the role are:

Running your own family law files from end to end, and collaborating with a well-trained Head of Family Law when needed;Negotiating matters to settlement;Drafting Court documents and Court appearances; andBuilding a strong rapport with clients.

The ideal candidate will have

at least three solid years of Family Law experience

and be passionate about helping their clients.
