The Role:

Nominated Supervisor role | In charge for the day-to-day operations of the service

Well-established service with a supportive team already in place

Assistant Coordinator at the service who is Educational Leader

Opportunity for block Shifts and Split Shifts - perfect for that work/life balance

Above award Rate |

$36 - $42 dependent on qualifications and experience + Super & Allowances

Administration Team to handle all enrolments and payments - more time to focus on the service

On the floor role with plenty of administration time

The Service:

The Service has its own designated space within the school

Overall Rating of Meeting the National Quality Standards in 2021

Excellent relationship with the school and community

Small Service | Licenced for approx 60 children | Average 30-45 children per afternoon.

Own Space in the school With access to the Hall, Outdoor areas and Grassed Areas nearby

School is going through huge upgrades at the moment - beneficial to the school and OSHC community

Operates in Before School Care, After School Care & Vacation Care

About You:

• Have similar experience leading an OSHC or ECE Service
• Community Driven & can maintain great community links
• Desirable if you hold a Certificate or Diploma in Children's services, School Age Care or Recreation
• You have a natural drive to upskill team
• You have genuine interest in working with children and mentoring educators
• You have a positive attitude and you're ready to the next step in your career

• Identify and respond to children and young people at risk' training (or willingness to obtain
• 1 day training).

Current 'HLTAID012'

• Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting' Certificate (or willingness to obtain
• 1 day training).
