The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a high quality service, well known for its commitment to the local community and keeping its main focus on building strong relationships with children and families and high levels of employee engagement.


As the Educational Leader you will responsible for developing and implementing high quality educational programs, as well as mentoring and coaching educators and teachers.

You should be comfortable and confident working with all age groups (nursery to kinder).


You will also have previous experience in an Educational Leader capacity or higher and be confident when communicating with all levels of management.


  • Diploma or Bachelor of early childhood or ACEQCA equivalent
  • VIT and/or WWCC
  • Full working rights
