About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Apply high-level clinical knowledge and skills to the overall management of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient and holistic clinical practices.
Manage the quality of clinical pharmacy practice within Community and Oral Health and monitor the key performance indicators relating to clinical pharmacy activities and WAU generation targets for community visiting services.
Utilise high level communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills to advocate with team leaders/senior clinical stakeholders to optimise clinical pharmacy service delivery (safe and effective pharmaceutical care), quality outcomes and patient services.
Provide high-level clinical pharmacy advice and direction to pharmacy staff and other health practitioners within Community and Oral Health services.
