Maxxia specialises in salary packaging, novated leasing services and Maxxia Insurance across Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process service repairer invoices in line with agreed SLA timeframes.
- Action daily administration tasks.
- ADHOC administration tasks.
- Outbound phone calls at times.
- Previous experience in office Administration or Administration Support
- Proven team player, ability working in a high demand, fastpaced environment meeting strict service metrics and delivering a high level of accurate output.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving skills
- Can do attitude.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Working Hours between 9am3pm daily Monday to Friday.
