Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone or small group tutoring sessions for children with disabilities.
- Develop personalized learning plans tailored to each child's unique needs and learning style.
- Implement creative and engaging teaching strategies to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate different learning abilities and preferences.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and their families.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' academic and personal growth.
- PLEASE keep in mind that student will need assistance with toileting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Previous experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and developmental disorders.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
